Our product improvement process has identified a printing and binding error in some, but not all, of the Ingenix 2010 ICD-9-CM Expert for Hospitals, Volumes 1, 2 & 3. There is the possibility that one or two sections of these books have pages from the 2010 ICD-9-CM Expert for Physicians, Volumes 1& 2. In defective books, the color coding and symbols in these two sections will not reflect hospital inpatient Medicare code edits.
