Mark your calendars to join hundreds of your colleagues at the 10th annual Ingenix Essentials conference in Las Vegas! Group Rates
When registering in groups of two or more, each attendee must fill out their registration separately. You will be asked to supply your companion's name and their company in order to receive the group discount. You and your companion(s) should register within 1 week of each other so that we can verify your group status. If your companions have not registered in that time period, we will change your registration to the appropriate group status and charge your credit card the difference in price.
Guest Registration
Guest registration includes admittance to Welcome Reception, Keynote Address, lunches, and all breaks. Guests of attendees will not be admitted to any of these functions without a Guest Registration.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend Ingenix Essentials, you may provide a substitute or cancel your registration.
For cancellations: you must notify Ingenix in writing. If written notice is received by May 31, 2010, Ingenix will refund your registration fee, less a $175 cancellation fee. If written notice is received by October 31, 2010, Ingenix will refund your registration fee, less a $350 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after October 31, 2010. Refunds will not be given for "no shows."
For substitutions: you may transfer your registration to a different person at no additional cost. Please notify us of the substitution as soon as possible.
Ingenix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this conference due to unanticipated circumstances. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be contacted and the full registration fee will be refunded.
