Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend Ingenix Essentials, you may provide a substitute or cancel your registration.

For cancellations: you must notify Ingenix in writing. If written notice is received by May 31, 2011, Ingenix will refund your registration fee, less a $175 cancellation fee. If written notice is received by October 31, 2011, Ingenix will refund your registration fee, less a $350 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after October 31, 2011. Refunds will not be given for "no shows."

For substitutions: you may transfer your registration to a different person at no additional cost. Please notify us of the substitution as soon as possible.

Ingenix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this conference due to unanticipated circumstances. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be contacted and the full registration fee will be refunded. Questions about our online conference registration? Ask Us.
