Q. I ordered an updateable product. When should I expect updates?
A. CMS and the AMA revise their code sets at different times during the year. Subsequent fulfillments will deliver revised code sets as part of your subscription service.
Q. I do not know which format to use when I extract my data. What's the difference?
A. Most systems require data to be organized in a very specific format. If you are unfamiliar with the list of format offerings or need help customizing, contact Technical Support for clarification.
Q. I had no idea we could use the types of add-ons you are offering. How do I get access to these data elements?
A. Our data add-ons are available for purchase. Please contact your sales representative to learn more about enhancing your order.
Q. This is too complicated for me. Why can't I just look at the codes on the disk?
A. Due to license and copyright restrictions, our data files must be secure until they are extracted to your desktop. If you would like suggestions on how to maximize use of our new Wizard, please contact Technical Support.
