When I double-click on the FeeAnalyzer icon an hourglass appears and then disappears. Then nothing else happens. What's wrong? A. There are a few things that may be causing the problem. First, make sure that you have the Java 2 Runtime Environment installed on your computer. If you are using Windows NT or Windows 2000 make sure you have the latest service pack installed. If you are running Windows 95, 98, or ME update your MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Component). It can be downloaded here: http://www.microsoft.com/data/download_25SP2.htm Q. What do I do if I get an error that says "Company Info Not Found" or "Invalid Serial Number - Product was not installed correctly"? A. Something didn't wasn't installed properly. Reinstalling the program is the easiest way to correct this. If this doesn't resolve the problem call us at 800-765-6797 or email us at SCG-CustomerService-TechnicalSupport@ds.uhc.com and we can walk you through a manual fix. Q. How do I export data from the FeeAnalyzer? A. Refer to your User's Manual or select Application Help from the Help Menu. Q. What do I do if there's no data available when the program opens or it says "Unable to connect to Server"? A. Make sure your firewall allows data to flow through port 8080, or have the firewall gives access to the Custom Fee Analyzer software. Q. My "netuse" or "ping" commands no longer work. A. Removing Java from the Path statement will fix this error. After the "SetPath=" command remove "C:\ProgramFiles\Javasoft\JRE\1.3.1_02\bin" from the beginning of the path and put it at the end, or remove it entirely.
